Sarawak food that I missed~
Umai & Sago
Raw
fish
with
lime juice
, onion
and
chili
.
Frequently
eaten
with
sago.
Linut
a sticky porridge-like type of food, made from sagu flour. It can be eaten raw, or dipped into spicy sambal belacan.
